This was the first apt. me and my husband moved to.
I remember plenty of nights coming home from a long day at work to find someone's car parked in your "assigned parking". Imagine having your neighbors always outside in the front of the building. I mean, what is that all about'' Why pay rent if you are going to be outside 95% of the time, hanging out'!
Imagine coming home at night and be greeted by a ROACH that is the size of a CAT- no -------- in the elevator!! The reason the (ROACHING LOOKING CAT) is there is because the garbage is NEVER EVER,NEVER EVER thrown in the garbage chute, but all over the floor and in front of the DOOR. The overall appearance of the community can be UPGRADED for the amount of money$$ you pay every month. BUT, you have to give credit when it is do- The floor plans of the apartments are very spacious and has a huge balcony, but needs updated fixtures, and appliances. It looks really outdated and can definitely get upgraded.
As far as Construction- when i was living there. Construction was being done on the roof and I lived on the 4th floor. They would start at 5:30am. Yes, in the morning! Management couldn't assist with a later time. The Staff was changed on the regular,so usually the person there was never knowledgeable on anything. The overall service was a 5 out 10. (10 being the highest) And it depends on what day of the week it was for the staff to be nice. The community overall is ok. Its a family oriented neighborhood, with a couple of bad apples. For the most part, security drives around and the parking lot is secure when someone else is NOT parking there!!
The QUESTION--would i recommend someone to stay there'' NO, PLEASE TAKE IT IN CONSIDERATION- BECAUSE YOU CAN GET "BETTER BANG FOR YOUR BUCK" TAKE ALL THIS THINGS IN CONSIDERATION AND PROBABLY A BEGINNING APT. Research both Phases. Phases 4/5 offers Comcast cable with rent., and thats where i stayed. GOOD LUCK- I HOPE THIS HELPS SOMEONE.. BECAUSE SOMETIMES WHEN YOU READ THE REVIEWS ONLINE I TEND TO THINK IT MIGHT BE A OVER EXAGGERATION.

Do not correct me!! Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008! It was not like there when I live there!!! so I can't comment on that...a real parent will do their OWN research before moving somewhere with they children, but bottom-line the decision is yours or whoever. I don't live there no more and I am simple voicing what I know...

I Have to correct you, Its not family oriented....you have guys outside smoking marijuana n drinking all day....who would want their child outside around that...and in the laundry room your money constantly gets stuck in the machine, but they don't care...
