this place is so disgusting. they treat you like if you were a dog. they charge for everything, the apartments are falling apart if you want to live in place where you poop falling from the ceiling to your apartment this is the place for you. they dont fix anythinhg the a/c are always broken there all holes in the wall. people get robbed here. if by any reason your car wheels are stolen and you cant move your car somerset only gives u a week to fix it if you dont they will tow your car. this is not a good enviroment for kids. please rethink about moving here. they say they have a special but they higher you security deposit so high that you will be paying more 1,000 dollars just to move in. management only cares about your money they dont care about you. they treay you bad they give you attitude. this is place should be condemmed. they roaches are everywhere they claim the exterminate the apartments but the roaches never leave. theres cars always parked in your assigned parking spot. please dont move in here there are other apartment complexes that the rent is the same price and they look better and treat you better. DONT MOVE TO SOMERSET APARTMENTS!!!!

I've never been robbed. My A/C works fine. No poop from the ceiling. No holes in the wall. Cars in my spot - just call Security and they quickly get the other car moved out of your spot. Usually it is a brand new tenant who just forgot which spot was his. I've never been robbed, nor have I seen or heard of any robberies (except for your report here). I do agree that this is not the best apartment complex for kids but that's only because there are no playground facilities in Somerset (only a swimming pool). The office & maintenance people in Phase 4&5 are pretty good. Are you in Phase 4/5 or in Phase 3?

CARS GET BROKEN INTO N STOLEN CONSTANTLY IN SOMERSET...AND SECURITY NEVER TELLS THEM TO MOVE, BECAUSE 1ST OF ALL THEY DON'T KNOW WHO'S CAR IT IS IN THE FIRST PLACE.....AND IN PHASE 4 N 5 THE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE IS REALLY RUDE, THEY TALK DOWN ON PEOPLE...THEY APPROACH YOU LIKE THEY OWN YOU, N LIKE YOU NEED THEM 2 SURVIVE....N ROACHES N RATS R EVERYWHERE....HONESTLY, THESE APARTMENTS ARE NOT NICE....GUYS SITTING ON YOUR CAR DRINKING N SMOKING MARIJUANA....UNCALLED FOR
