They sucker you in by showing you a model in the first building which the only building in the complex that is clean. People blast their car radio all hours of the night. There is never any parking. You can smell the garbage. The elevators smell like urine. The hallways are cleaned only once a month. Children play in the parking lot hitting cars. The rental office is never available. You need a translator to explain the maintenance men what needs to be fixed. This place is a hell hole. My car was broken into and the security was a couple of yards away (he didn't see anything.)I've been trying to get my deposit back and the management company is telling me to talk to the rental office and the rental office never returns my calls. STAY AWAY. DON'T LET THE NAME FOOL YOU. While living here the maintenance man helped a resident bury her baby in the field next to the complex and two kids were molested. Check out the newspaper.

Once I went to visit my sister in Whispering Palms I was devastated to find out my sister was living in a hell hole such as whispering palms, my God those are the nastiest apartments I've ever seen in my life the green apartments are cleaner than whispering palm and they have the nerve to sit next to a police station hehehehehe. what a joke someone needs to get fed up and call the health department asap. I moved my sister out of that death trap. whispering palms is not in regulations with any city code but that's the way it is, they should screen all adults before allowing them to move in and check the last place they lived for damages and cleaness. BECAUSE it's the people who destroys the property. also hire english speaking maintenance persons who understands the rent paying community who's majority is Americans.
