I've lived here almost two years and I had nothing but problems the last 6 months. Previous management of the place was horrible. My cable TV was stolen in broad daylight by the same neighbor two times in the same week. People perform illegal activities in front of their own buildings. They urinate in the staircase and leave garbage bags there also. I haven't had lighting in front of my building since hurricane Wilma. People assemble in the parking lot arguing, race their cars and play loud music until 4:00 A.M. Young children run around in large groups all day unsupervised. They break car mirrors and put dents in cars. You must park 2 blocks away if you arrive home after the sun goes down because there is no parking.
