I was in a tight spot when I moved to this complex. It seemed nice at first, the floors were waxed and kept clean. Once my family was there a full week, the royal treatment was over. Maintenace wouldnt come fix anything. My fridge died on me and the wouldn't replace any of the food. My ceiling in the bathroom leaks, they just came over to put tape on it. There is hardly any parking, you have to get there early to get a decent speace. I don't know about the laundry facility because I don't use it, but it smells funky when I walk past. The elevators hardly ever work. I could go on for days, but you get the idea.
