pissy and nasty, run dont waste your money

I live at whispering palms apt and it is so nasty the elevator dont work often , management is rude and disrespectful, no maintetance crew available , even if u have a real emergency, the wash room machice never work and the hallway is always dirty and smelly with urine , the garbage stinks and the place have lots of roaches, am trying to find someplace fast, run
