I am very dissapointed in the way that management handles this property. It is a very nice property and it has potential to have nice and spacious apartments, but only if the property manager cares enough to fix it up. And I am not referring to the outside of the buildings but the inside. They advertise new counters and cabinets, but that is false. They just coverd up the old ones. They resurfaced them. They rented me an apartment that was not livable. They show you a nice apartment but when you sign the lease they give you a very different looking apartment. The kitchen needed some work so did the bathrooms. I rented a 3/2 and none of the bathrooms worked properly.In one I couldn't turn on the shower and the other one didn't have a working tiolet, in fact it wasn't even connected to the water pipe...Needless to say I did not move in that weekend. They finally fixed the apartment two weeks after the lease was signed. I advise anyone make the leasing agent walk the apartment with you before you sign anything, that was my mistake. Make sure the water runs and tiolets flush and take a small alarm clock to check the outlets. I couldn't use most of my outlets.And, if you need anything fixed after you move in expect two months to go by before anyone comes to fix it. The excuses I kept getting was "we have other emergency's ". Or, my favorite excuse " we lost your keys". They don't have emergency maintenance, I had a huge leak(from one side of the roof to the other) in one of the bedrooms , I called the so call emergency maintenance and no one responded, I left a message no one called back. I had to place buckets to catch the water coming down from the 4th floor and I live on the 2nd floor! I had to wait until the office opened Monday morning... I rented here because I needed a three bedroom at an affordable price, but its not worth the stress. When my lease is up I will be moving . I would not recommend this property as of today. I am hoping to see some changes in the next few months. I will keep the readers posted of any changes.
