I'm not being over dramatic or rude, but, if you like loud music at all hours, marijuana smells in the hallway & piss in the elevator this is the perfect place for you. Police are always in the building, you would think they were working a year-round investigation. Plus when it rains the main (and only) entrance gets flooded. Other than that, its a nice place. Staff is very nice!
