Although this apartment may be very appealing to people who want to attend Glendale Community college, it is very unappealing for those who are not attending it. The walls are basically made of cardboard and everything from all of your neighbors can be heard clearly. The crime rate was unusually high for this apartment, as on several occaisions me and my wife either saw the cops handcuffing someone in the parking lot, heard gun shots and screams, or saw people chasing others with knives and yelling.
