I would never reccommend this place to anybody. It's filthy, poorly maintained and management does not care about your health or comfort. There's always urine sometimes poop in the elevator's. The laundry is disgustingly dirty and never cleaned. Thats when you can find more than one or two actually operating. Yes kids are always running up and down the hallways and banging on doors and the tiny elevator frequently works. The apartments are overrun with roaches and even though they keep exterminating they tell you its from other apts why roaches come back. IT is highly overpriced for the neighborhood and type of amenities offered. If you want to spend your time and hard earned money make sure your health, safety and comfort are first priority.
