Although the claim that my apartment was renovated I really don't know what they meant by that statement. The cost to live there is entirely to high for what you have to go through. The parking is horrible and if you don't pull in they will tow your car even thou there is only one sign in the very front of the entrance of the complex. it's not posted in every parking lot and the parking is so tight that backing out is almost impossible. the filthy hallway and the piss is quite diturbing, and when they do decide to mop they use the same pissy dirty water to mop the enitre building from the lobby area to the fourth floor. The elevator permit is expired and is will slam you if you dont hurry up and get on it. The stair case is poorly lit and the washing machine floor is always wet from the machines leaking so you don't know if your walking thru piss or dirty laundry water. The children running up and down the hallways will drive you crazy. Trash is always on the floor in front of the mailboxes and there is no place to put mail that is not yours. The rails the cover the open in the middle of the buildings are horrible and old and needs immediate attention before someone falls. The management have no drop box for rent and if the first falls on a saturday or sunday it counts even though the office is close. They don't care anything about their tenents. the maintance sucks they never fix anything they broke up all of my stuff when they came to "fix" something and management didn't even give me an apology. I could see the next floor from a corner near the kitchen they tried to cover up. The whole under the sink where all the pipes are was never closed so i can actually see the concrete wall and the infestation of the critters. The garbage was a mess i didnt know rather or not to push trash in or not because it was always covered by roaches. One thing I can say is that I am happy that my apartment wasnt near it.
