These people are totally correct on every aspect of the word. I live there right now and I am experiencing the same things they have mentioned. To top that off, the management and the office staff sucks and are not professional at all. They never know anything! If you are a very organized person who like things done in a timely manner...you will definitely have problems with this staff. No matter how clean your apartment is, it seems as if the roaches continue to come back. It is as if every unit has a roach infestation problem...this is CRAZY! Who wants to live like this' The maintenance crew is very slack and are still utilizing O.J.T. in my opinion. Although that is true, the tenants are very slack as well. They have no respect for other tenants in the building. Best advise, move to the 4th floor if possible. If you stay anywhere from the 3rd to the 1 st floor you will always have problem with the tenants above. You can complain all you want, the management will never do anything!!!! I will be out of there as soon as I can!!! I could really continue but I don't think it's necessary.
