The apartments are large also full of roaches. You can hear everything going on from the neighbors all around! The neighbors blast music late at night everyday so it is hard to go to sleep. I get hot water at most 3 times a week. Most of the utilities in the apartment are old. Maintenance takes at least a week to fix problems. The manager is terrible and disrespectful. Also the corporate office is unprofessional. I reported a problem about the manager numerous of times to corporate from November 2007, and still have not received an answer yet! If I could do it all again, I would have never came to Serramar!
