I've been living here for almost a year now and will say that I enjoy living here. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The maintenance crew work extra hard to ensure residents are happy. I will admit sometimes it has taken them longer than I would like for repairs but they make it up in the long run. I see that some kind of entry gate is going up and as time goes by I have seen major improvements. They keep the community nice and clean. Walls are thin but then again I think it goes the same in any apartment. I'm quite happy here and will probably be renewing my lease again with Serramar.
