Drywood Termites - Do not move here! Theft in this neighborhood is out of the roof. My Home for the Last Three years!! The complex have plenty parking, and the staff keep it clean, every day they out there picking up trash. I wish the some of the residents were more considered. Overall the facility is superior.

Good Deal I called the Continental and they told me there was no application fee so I applied and was approved for a 599 move in. It was a great deal. The apartment is clean and big. The manager is tough. But the maintenance staff is nice and helpful. My kids love the pool

Poor Management This was the worst place i have ever lived. I moved out after my 3rd month. the police are constantly arresting people, Gail,the manager is very rude and the inside of the apartment was cheaply renovated. Do not move here. You're better off in a shelter!
