Run Around - I applied for an apartment at this complex from out of town. I have not seen more unorganized corp place then this. Parent Management Company Sucks Parent Management is the worst management company in the state of Florida.
I've watch this property go from an A property to a C property during my tenure.
Whatever you do, don't hire them for your management needs.

Best bang for the buck! Ive lived here for a year. What a convenient place to live. There are Schools, Hospitals, Parks, Restaurants, Grocery Stores, Banks, Wal-Mart and Walgreens all within a 1 mile radius. Can't believe the rent is so cheap!!!
