Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
Very clean upon arrival, new carpet, everything was painted and clean. Beautiful area with a lot of trees and shade. There's a lot of parking too. The swimming pool was great and always kept clean. There was very little noise where we lived. My only complaint would probably be the high rent and tenants not cleaning up after their pets.
