Pool & Spa Filthy - Mgmnt Uncaring - Watch Out for Poop

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
Tested many times and found no chlorine in pool and water cloudy. Poor water recirculation. Spa water level low and not skimming surface. Made several complaints, but no positive actions were taken to address this issue by management. Hopefully nobody gets sickened! Grassy areas full of dog poop. Watch your step and stay out of the water.
