I lived their for six months. The apartment had serious balck mold issues. Called maintanance several times. They would only come after several repeated phone calls. When they came they just wiped it off the walls. They did not look for the source or treat it in any way. My wife and I lost our entire wardrobe. It started to be taken over by mold. We washed it several times, even brought all the clothes to the dry cleaner. As soon as we brought it back home the mold would start to appear after a couple of days. I moved out early and had to pay back all the discounted rent and forfeit my deposit. In the end I paid them over $2500 to break my lease. They since agreed to pay me back $400 dollars because it went to the better business bureau and Florida State Attorneys Office. I've been waiting for the check for over 3 weeks now and no one can tell me if they mailed it yet. What a Nightmare.

Many more things to tell about the place such as waking up w/ upstairs neighbors alarm clock at 4:30 every single morning. Poor wood in the floors---can hear every single foot step. New puppy contarcted parvo-virus from the grounds and died two weeks later. Dog poop is a serious issue. Lots more too long to list.

Please, for your own good Never Ever Rent there.
