Its funny when I first rented here this place had a 100% rating. The apartment staff is very dicourteous. The building is very old, and there is mold around the air vents. The pool is dirty. The weight room, which I had been using, was down for 6 months for renovation (even though nothing was really done). At night, young thug-looking teens are walking around aimlessly. One more thing, the garbage compactor is not emptied often enough. when you go to throw your garbage away, you have to put it in front of the stairs leading up to the compactor.

One more thing, they try and charge a $50 late fee when you are one day late paying he water, and the bill does not come at a consistant time.
This place was a serous disappointment, and I would not recommend.
