I moved into CC thinking I was stepping into a relaxing home environment. Within months of moving in I started seeing things going downhill. Now, it's a dump.

I have major mold problems in my bathroom, they just spray it w/paint to cover it up. (!!!) This place is so unkept for the price. The dumpster is absolutely filthy. I can't walk up the steps w/o getting new stank on my shoes....ugh!!

The pool area' HA!!! The pool is always dirty and the lawnchairs are very, very old. During the summer you will not find an empty chair mid-day, and if you do it is most likely doing to collapse on you.

The one good savior are the maintenance men...they are sweet, but again, they are covering up problems. I've had several things break from age, which they never replace, they just "tie knots"....this is not the kind of thing you expect for higher rent.

The workout room is the very worse workout room I've ever been in. They say renovation, but it wasn't done. Instead all they did was put a new floor down which has strong fumes, and if I work out more than 20 minutes I can't breathe. I smell like that room when I leave.

The people in the office are nice, but they are laughing right now at all of us. Everything around us is going condo so they just raised my rent $300!!! My fiends' had theirs raised $400!!! None of us have had raises in our work to warrant that. Which goes to show.......they don't care who they throw out on the street.......even if it's someone who has been paying steadily for years and now is living in a dump. I'm out!!
