This place is doing very illegal things

I just called this place, asking for a price on 1 and 2 bedroom, they informed me by saying:
"our 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and townhomes prices change, on a DAILY basis according to the "market", what the corporate office tells us to charge people, and what our "availibility" is.
Well missy thats illegal and i hope someone sues the pants of this place.

no you silly silly man it is not illegal to do this is called supply and demand and if the demand is higher they will raise the prices. There are no rules on what they charge someone else tells them. So you just look around and see if the prices are comprable to other complexs

Gosh, I went to buy an airline ticket and rent a car and the price changed there several times a day. I noticed the price of gas is always changing too. Is that illegal? NO. Get a grip, missy.
