I am a current and soon to be ex resident of this poorly managed apartment complex.
I notified the staff that I would be renewing my lease the month previous to my renewal. When it came time to pay rent for the first month of the new lease they did not have the contract ready to sign so they "calculated" a rent payment for me and told me they would let me know when the contract was ready. One week later they said they misquoted my price and wanted $30 dollars more. When I went in to pay they changed it to $50. My new lease wasn't ready until the last week of the new first month. They crammed it into my door. I returned it signed 7 days later. Now they say I still owe another $134.52 and because I was "late" retuning my lease contract they have moved me to a "month by month" basis at a rate of $1330.00! My contract rent was $940 for a one bedroom. This kind of treatment should be illegal. They could care less if a tenent stays or goes. STAY AWAY
