I ultimately chose Camden Club because of the value. For a one-bedroom, this was the most spacious for the least cost of all the apartments I looked at originally. The grounds are always beautiful, the staff is always friendly. Even my neighbors are welcoming. Maintenance always responds by the next business day, without fail. The complex stands out, and people are always impressed on their first visit. I always feel proud to invite people over.

My only complaint would be the nickel and diming on rent. I haven't had an official rent increase, but the valet trash, water costs, and other fees that get tacked on to the rent, plus the required renter's insurance tack on an additional $75 per month.

The interior could use some updating, specifically the cabinetry. It's the old wooden type, and I'd love to have a pantry of some kind. Still, the kitchen and bathroom are both large for the space. Also, the patio is a stand-out feature. I'd recommend this community hands-down.
