I lived in a one-bedroom at Camden for a year and was really sad to move out. I don't know why there are so many negative reviews of the complex because I never had anything but good experiences with the office staff, maintenance and the apartment itself. I did not have mold.

The floor plans are great and I loved having a fire place and patio. The valet trash was a great plus. The kitchens are dated but work well. I missed having a pantry or linen closet, but I liked having a sink/vanity in the bedroom as well as bathroom. The complex is quiet and I always felt safe, even living by myself. The grounds are gorgeous and I loved the trees. My neighbors were so nice. You can hear through the walls if the neighbors play loud music, but that was it.

Yes, they tack on some fees that I didn't understand, and their pricing is not traditional, but the apartments are still affordable and I'd move back today.
