At first, this was a nice place to live, very happy here. However, the grounds are not kept up, there is more dirt and leaves than grass. The apartments are spacious but the inside and outside of buildings are not maintained and are looking quite shabby. The applicances are the orginal - probably about 30 years old. Office staff were very nice upon original signing, but have changed and are not friendly at all. Whenever myself or my husband walk in there is a gentleman who works here now who doesn't even acknowledge that you exist but ignores you. Not sure what standards they use to rent out apartments, but they have certainly lowered. The fees are ridiculous: $5. mgmt fee, $5. Trash compactor, $25. Valet Trash, $20-30 water, $37 for basic cable. We are moving from Camden Club. Sad to see they've let it go so far down hill.

extended basic cable. we get all the channels up to 73 and some in the 90's. Stop being negative. all you have to do is say excuse me and people don't ignore you.
