I'm very suprised by the comments for Camden Club, although I do work in the service industry and know that the only people who comment about anything are always negative. So i thought i would write my own review. I love this place! The cops drive through a couple times at night to make sure everything is okay. And the maintenance people are so nice they know me and my boyfriend by name. They stop by when we are sitting in our screened in porch and it has paid off. They found us a free washer and dryer that someone left. The pool is always kept clean and there is never too many people down there. But the landscaping does need help, it is more dirt and leaves than grass. Everyone at least in my building and surrounding buildings are quiet. Most the people in here are career oriented people. The people in the office are pretty helpful, i only really talk to the guy that is in there. The apartments are very spacious. I really enjoy living here and seeing the nice water fountain every morning and night. It makes my day. :)

As far as I hear Camden Club is still using their random pricing and tacking on multiple fees to each rent.

The pool and spa had no chlorine when I was there and dog poop was everywhere. Even management beyond the local goof offs were not concerned about the potential for anyone to get sick and perhaps even die (it does happen). If I lived there I would buy and use my own pool test kit to check levels before I would get in!
