Very nice upon first look, but thats where it all ends. I have lived here for 4 months and if i could get out my lease tom, I would. They will lie and say anything to get you in, there the policy is if you dont ask they wont tell you. They charge other hidden fees and also charge you twice for things that are supposed to be included in the rent, like valet trash. When there is a problem, no one in the office accepts it, they like to put the blame on anyone but thereselves. I would discourage anyone from this place simply based on the management. Very nice until you sign the lease, after that they are the most unhelpful people i have ever delt with. On the flip side the apartments are old, and as the saying goes you get what you pay for, not to many ploblems, but when you do have one expect to make several phone calls in order to resolve it.
