My apt looks out over the Sabal Golf course, it is soooo quiet that I worry my 6 year old is going to bother some one. I live on the bottom floor and never hear a sound other than the occassional stomp from the kid upstairs. The apt was completely upgraded when I moved in (new microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher, stove,fridge, carpet) 1500 sq ft....it is huge with closets galore...this is the best buy for the size and location ($910.00/month) two bedrooms 2 1/2 baths, huge walk in closets, great porch with pool like screen and door to golf course...I am VERY pleased. I moved from a house in Lake County....this is sooo much quieter and I was in the country! No semi trucks screaming down the road here! The staff are great, very friendly, and seem to know everyone by name! The only down side is some of the sink fixtures are a little old (chrome style) and my sliding door sticks a little, I would call the maintance people but I'm not that bothered yet. I highly recommend Clubside and I searched for two years prior to leaving my house...oh by the way I am 5 minutes for one of the best elementary schools in Seminole county! My 6 year old loves it!!! Plenty of parking, but spaces are a little narrow. Rate it 4.5 stars!
