I was lucky enough to find a nice tenant, but I am concerned about the numerous complaints from other condo owners in regards to the office staff. They do not seems to know what they are doing. I am worry that I may lose my wonderful tenant, if they do not replace the current staff with more competent people. I heard that they are not screening potential tenants properly and allowing thug to move in. Please correct the problem. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC

Dear Concerned Condo Owner: I have lived here since 2001 and unfortunately have watched the steady decline of this property. You are absoloutely right about the low quality of tenents now occupying this place. I used to feel comfortable walking around the property at night...but not anymore. The tenents moving in are loud and obnoxious. There are a group of guys that go joy riding on the golf course with a motorcycle ( I am calling the police the next time they do it). The property is becoming more unkempt and the buildings are falling apart. It seems the staff are desperate to generate some income from this place as no one is buying the condos so they are renting to anyone. It is all very sad. When I moved in here it was a totally different environment. Now, it is like living in a motel in a seedy part of town.

It is sad indeed. I had placed my condo on the market for sale, but nothing is selling at this time.
