Once this was an Apartment complex, then they went condo, now they are part condo and apartments....hmmmm last time I looked at my law books, this was not allowed. You must be one or the other, not both.

They claim to have a Golf Course with Resturant to open Spring 2008 as stated on the sign in front of the Course Club House. Well Spring has sprung and passed, and now summer is here and fall around the corner and still no plans for the weed field.

I sit on my patio and look at weeds, if you watch the Hawks fly over you will see them finding food in those weeds, yesterday one got a Rat, and you can watch this all the time.

The office staff has no idea what is going on, you ask about the Golf Course and they tell you they don't own it, so during some research I have found that a Company in Miami owns Clubside Condo/Apartments and the Golf Course. I called code inforcement and asked if they can have this company cut the weeds on the golf course and, still the weeds grow, they are now over 3 feet tall. I see rats, snakes, and all sorts of bugs. I wont let my child play out there for the fear of being bit by something.

I then called the office to inform them that the Miami Business does own the complex along with the Golf Course. The office reply was "I know they do", "so why did you tell me they do not own the Course", oh I thought you said they didn't own the Course. With that I walked out and have nothing to do with the office. I take care of my own unit since I own, but as of today I am selling it.

If you call the office you will always get the answering machine, you leave your name and number and they never call you back. I did this 4 times and never got a returned call. So I walked over to the office and here sits 3 people not working just talking about nothing. I stood there for about 5 minutes, and the office manager turned to me and said, you have to wait, we will be with you soon. I waited another 5 minutes and nothing, all they talked about is how they had so much fun over the weekend. With that I walked out and made sure I slammed the door.
