I have been renting at Golf Brook for the past year and a half and have been very pleased with my experience.
It is by far the most spacious two bedroom apartment/condo that I have seen available. When I have guests in, they always comment on how nice the area is and how it feels like an upscale neighborhood! Then they are surprised by the spacious layout of the apartment once inside.
There HAS been a change of ownership since last June, I believe, and they have been aggressively tending to areas that they have determined to be needing extra care, renovation or maintenance.
The staff here treat the tenants with respect and kind consideration at all times, making my living situation comfortable and a place I like to come home to.
