Well this place has turned condo, like most of orlando. You know i dont get what these millionare investors are thinking, "boot out the residents of orlando and force them to either buya 600 sq ft condo for 200,000 and up or get out!"

I would like to say that this whole "turning condo" phase is really old, ive been booted out of 3 complexes because of it, and its getting old. Ive lived here all my life and these measley 500 sq ft apartments, and in some cases, hotel rooms are now condos, ive seen prices as high asin the millions for a condo in ALTAMONTE !!! I mean altamonte is the epitome of low class scum, its not even a real town. I feel bad for investors for wasting their time, ive seen it in the past year and in the end they end up renting out the un-sold condos, for ridiculously high prices.
I also want to comment on the apartment prices, and how they have sky rocketed, its not fair. I have seen that in 3 weeks time, a 1 bedroom used to cost 600-650 and now its 750-1,000.00, i asked the complex what happened, and they say nothing. I know what happened its called gauging, and with the low numbers of apartments communities available is completly unfair and rude. I am lucky to find this place and now i found out i need to leave in less than a year. Its terrible. I am forced out of the town i used to call home, and for what , some investors to gain some money''

So to all the investors looking to turn another motel into a condo, GO ruin another town, not mine!

Just curious where you got your info. on an actual date you have to leave by. Last time I spoke to the office staff, they were potentially not going to change to condos because the other complexes in Sabal Pointe were not selling too well. Is there now a set date for conversion? Thanks - A RESIDENT

This complex has not turned condo !!!!!!!!!! It is still leasing apartments as usual.

True! It has not turn condo yet, but why are they only offering 7 month leases??? Most likely Sabal Park will turn condo. I was thinking about renting, anyone can see the true.
