1 HOUR before closing on a 2b/2b sale here we did the "walk through" with our agent. The upstairs vacant condo burst a pipe or water heater and it went into the 1st floor which we were buying. The water flooded the dining room ceiling which fell in and the mold was growing about 6 feet by 6 feet wide on the ceiling, down the wall and into the utility room and bedroom walk in closet! The utility room was ruined, the wall will have to be demolished and it was not livable therefore we did not close and buy this unit and will not even LOOK in that community at all ever again. The condos are gorgeous but GARBAGE. I did read a post here about water in the walls and should have taken heed to a great warning sign! Apparently the office is understaffed and they do not check vacant condos to make sure they are ok. Their loss, NOT ours!

These photos are of the Residences at Sabal Point (formally Fairways). I previously lived here and can attest to these conditions.
