Don't let the big numbers fool you, there is no way the 2/2 is 1500 sq ft or the 3/2 is 1700 sqft. do the math your self, they give you room dimensions on the floor plans. you can easily add up certain walls to figure out the total length and width of the entire apartment. The 2/2 advertised at 1500, may actually be about 1300 and the 3/2 is more like 1400.

did you include the porch sq footage? That is part of the overall claim. we just moved in and find that it seems smaller as well
