I've only been here for a few months... but this place has been nothing but great so far.
My apartment looked almost exactly like the model. Maintenance usually comes by within 12 - 24 hours after the office is notified. The office staff has been very nice and quick to offer assistance. The surroundings are clean and kept. Furthermore, the neighborhood isn't very noisy. I moved from the Alafaya Trail area (near UCF) and compared to the apartments on that street, this place is like heaven.
The only thing I wish I had that they don't offer is a gated entrance. Other than that, and the fact that the rent is kind of high (but you get what you pay for I guess), I don't have any complaints so far.
