the office staff was semi-pleasant at first although not descriptive or helpful. after moving in we had many repairs that need to be taken care of, things we didnt see when we looked it over, and the staff was resentful and very rude about it, and it took a long time to get it fixed, then they messed up our mailbox, we had to wait 3 weeks to get our mail at that place. there was a hornet/wasp infestation in the stairwell, they said they couldnt take care of, dogs arent allowed on the lease, and our neighbor had one that would bark uncontrollably , despite us reporting it, they did nothing. maintenance was rude and would walk in, almost walked in on me naked in the bathroom. not enough parking space. nosy, unpleasant,anal retentive elderly neighbors. literally overpriced. not a good location.
