I moved in here in October, and have also lived in downtown Orlando, Casselberry, Winter Springs, and MetroWest (at a comparably priced, higher-end complex--Centergate). Compared to both, Sabal Walk wins hands down. Yes, as the other poster had commented, the door below DOES slam loud, because it is on a spring-type mechanism, and unless the person slowly and conscientiously closes the door, it WILl bang. However, from where I have lived prior, that is not the "be all to end all" in my living experiences. Keep in mind people--YOU LIVE IN AN APARTMENT--you are bound to hear people's showers, toilets, televisions,etc., as they are bound to hear YOURS. I heard way more in my other apartments than I do here.

The landscaping and grounds are kept up, the maintenance servicemen are prompt, and the girls in the office are not any more unpleasant or rude than some of the others I've been associated with. I have a second floor 2x2 w/ Den w/ a nice enclosed patio...it's gorgeous. And, my Metrowest was a 2x2, w/ a prime location across from the pool. This beats the Metrowest one by a longshot. And, the location IS great (as compared to one of the other poster's comments). I DO NOT want to be INCHES away from I-4. I prefer to be in a semi-secluded enclave within this neighborhood. And, parking, yes...it's always an issue at apartments (as another poster complained).

In all, it's a fine place to live...better than the so many complexes I've lived in. If people are going to nit pick an apartment complex to high heaven, then they should just buy themselves a HOUSE. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
