Rent Increase

If the very sweet person that shows you the apartment tells you that your yearly increase will never be more than $15 to $25 she's lying thru her very sweet smile! That's what I was told and I just got my renewal notice with a $75 increase. I have never been late on rent, have had no complaints towards me or any towards the apartment complex and yet they are raising my rent at a 9% increase. I will not be renewing.
