My stay at Sabal Walk was very enjoyable, the apartments are nice and well-kept, and I think the fact that many are condos helps the entire complex because people actually care about where they live. Everything here is first rate. The rent price was great, the complex was very nice, the other tenants (and mostly condo owners) are very friendly, and the office staff is about the nicest I've come across. It is also very quiet and I had relatively few disturbances from neighbors. Our appliances were good quality (new washer and dryer) and the apartment appeared to have been taken care of. I previously lived at another complex next door (Camden Club) and had a horrible experience (you can find my review of them here as well), so if you're choosing where to live in Longwood I'd recommend looking at Sabal Walk.

I agree with the previous poster that the dumpster got full too frequently, and maintenance can be a little slow to respond. Parking is a tad tight but given all of the other positives I can overlook this. I'm also having trouble obtaining my deposit from the parent company (in another city), but I don't fault the complex for this as they told me I'd be getting it all back.

Overall I highly recommend Sabal Walk, it is in the top 2 of apartment complexes I have lived in (out of about 10 places). Definitely a great apartment/condo complex!
