When I first moved into collegiate hall it seemed very nice for a collage student or any younger person, they were new they seemed clean and the staff seemed freindly. WELL WAIT TILL YOU MOVE IN! WHAT A DUMP! I lived here for about two years, in which it went through about 5 management changes. You can hear anything through the walls and shotty construction, and i mean ANYTHING! Some apartments were fronts for local drug dealers, who probably never went to school, and were constantly being raided by the sheriff's office street crimes unit. They dont check to see if you are going to school. They actually tried to move a 32 year old Felon into my department, until I did a criminal history check on him (which they say they do before moving anyone in) LIE FAT LIE! Oh, dont even think about using the included computer lab, never ever ever works! Check the crime stats for their address on the sheriffs office web site you'll be amased. When I moved in there was a $100 non-refundable deposit, sure ok, dont believe it, when i moved out they tried charging for utilities that i paid, and "cleaning fees" after I cleaned the apartment so good you could eat off the floor. All together the fee's added up to $70 and they tried to collect it through a collection agency, not even contacting me first, HOW SLEAZY IS THAT! Even though my deposit was $100 and should cover it, but they know if I were to fight it against the collection agency I would end up spending over $70 after they screwed up my credit, and I went through claims, then trying to correct my credit. WHAT A SCAM! I could go on and on, no matter who you are, I would not dignify this place with a visit. THEY ARE SCUM! By the way u will need armed security to keep the scum from breaking into your car!
