I have lived here for 3 months. the floors and walls are thin. my neighbors have called the cops on me because my footsteps were too loud. my other neighbor fired a gun at his girlfriend, no charges were filed so he still lives there and collegiate hall will not evict him. the car next to mine in the parking lot was broken into. the management likes to take advantage of us because we are students. they also told me i would have a third floor apartment and gave me a 1st and i had to be homeless for a week until they gave me a second floor. i still had to pay the rent for the week that i didnt have a place. ya its low rent, but there are hidden costs in utilities.theres always parties and some nights its too loud to fall asleep.
