I've been here for a semester now and have had no complaints other then my towel rack fell off the wall (which was fixed the next work day). The guys over in the office are great, always friendly. The little maintenance man is always smiling. It's up to YOU to give your room a good scrub down, but why wouldn't you' It's going to be YOUR place the next year! Yeah you might get stuck with crazy roomates, but that could happen at school too! The rooms aren't luxurious like some other places, but they're nice and simple (it's up to YOU to decorate). What could you really ask for, for this price' The only things you really have to watch out for are the narrow little roads and non-residents trying to get into the computer lab. Other then that if your on your own for the first time, or you just want to get off campus and save money every month this is a decent simple place to stay.
