I have lived here for three years and have loved it. I guess those who are negative are the ones most likely to complain on a website and not give a true take on this place.

Maintenance is wonderful; always here the day I put the order in or the next day. Rooms are big and clean. Never had pluming problems or anything.

Cons:
It is ghettos sometimes when the thugs are blasting there crappy music in the morning or night. Also Parking for residents is great; however visitor parking is like a competition; don't expect your visitors to park if they arrive past 5 or 6pm.

Overall great place!! Management could invest more money in the tv's or appliances of each apartment than repaving or fixing the landscape every frikin week.

Also rent is increasing steadily; so beware on staying year after year.

Overall Great place to live and I would continue to life here until I graduate.
