Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
 
When I moved in, the apartment was dirty and there were large stains on the carpet. I had many problems like my shower not working and cracks in the furniture. The office staff is not the nicest in the world. They are not helpful, and can be quite rude. Oh yeah, they love charging you money for stupid things too, especially rent that is 2 hours late.
