I hope you have a great love for bugs if you live here. I understand this is FL where you may see a bug every now and then, but i have been living here for two weeks now and there has not been one day i haven't seen a roach. The apartent i have has small roaches and big giant roaches. It doesn't matter what room you're in, they will come out especially at night despite having roach traps, keeping the apt clean, and spraying raid. They claim they have pest control here but I have complained three times and still have yet to see pest control. Also there were already people living in my apt and the commons area was a disater and real nasty with flies in the freezer and in the ice to dead roaches everywhere. The dryer sucks and it takes drying 3-4 times before it's dry and the washer tares clothes. Don't open your front door or you will be at risk for giant flying roaches flying at your head. Also there were ants in my room as well as a giant dead roach in my toilet when I moved in. Everything was so dirty tht the cabinets were black with dirt which I had to clean because the complex never sent the cleaning service--too afraid to spend money I guess. My apt is not the only one with roach prob because i have a couple of friends who live here and complain about the same problem and also have silverfish in their beds. My roommates tub leasks water onter her bathroom floor and when she showers the waters also drains into the hallway outside the apt. The bug problem here is insane and they have no problem crawling on you in your bed. The price may be cheap but trust me....it is NOT worth the amount of trouble I'm going through in only my 2nd week here.
