It was great my first two years. My third year,I had to move. I had a sewer gnat problem. They were coming in through the drains and the icemaker in the fridge. I cleaned 15-20 out of the bottom of the fridge every week. My roomate and I were not dirty people, occasional dishes in the sink or old food in the fridge did not warrant this problem. The pest control people came every month, but the company "prevail" is a joke. Fist the office manager told me to pour bleach down the drain. When that didn't work, she told me to pour Dawn diswashing liquid down the drain. That didn't work either and Dawn is too expensive to buy just to pour down your drains.Then she told me to just call prevail myself and I got the same run around. The manager said that she had these bugs at her house all the time because they liked her dogfood that fell behind her fridge. Lame excuse after excuse but no results. I almost called the health dept. and ABC action news. The walls are also thin. I could hear people talking outside in my bedroom, clearly. The parking is not good for residents or guests unless you get home early. Every year around hurricane season, the tree that was too close to my window would threaten to break the glass ever year. It was not fixed because the tree did not actually touch the window. My last year there was mold growin on my ceiling. So instead fixing the real problem, they just painted over the mold.
