Great staff! Good place to live From: umkappasig Date posted: 6/4/2008 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I lived in a 1 bedroom apartment at Preserve at Deer Park for one year and enjoyed my time there. The carpet was brand new when I moved in and the walls were painted with an accent wall in the living room. If I ever had any problems, maintenance came quickly. There was an after hours number to call if anything was wrong in the apartment. The pool and tennis courts were nice. Neighbors were awesome! There was a good mix of ages living there. The staff were always very friendly and willing to do what they could for you. They had at least a couple police officers living in the complex so I felt safe.
