Nice Community I relocated from Maryland to the Preverses at Deerpark. I have been here 3 years I dont plan on leaving until I buy a house. The staff is very nice its very quiet i am very pleased.

Stupid Overpriced apartments. Now you cannot use the pool or fitness center unless the office is open. So if you have a job you cannot use anything that you are paying so much for. Whoever heard of not being able to use the pool on a Sunday because the office staff is not there. That is RIDICULOUS.
