Nice, but not many rentals From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/13/2008 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008   This is a quiet condo community with a few rentals available. No pets allowed and the rule is enforced:( There are mostly older with a few young professionals. Great location- within walking distance to food, banks, dry cleaner,parks,and movie theatre. 2 minute drive to drugstore, grocery store, cafe, gas station, and library. There are no megastores like walmart and target nearby. Target is a 15 min drive. Police, fire, and rescue are very quick and very nice. The city feels very safe and hasn't had any newsworthy incidents for as long as I can remember.
